Job Qualifications | REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2-5 years experienced managing a team in a call center setting Willing to work on fixed night shift schedule and holidays With Healthcarer Account Experience / Prior-Authorization (Clinical) Healthcare Account Experience Preferred Excellent customer service orientation Strong interpersonal and good communication skills Strong people management skills Stable internet and power connection |
