Job Qualifications Responsibilities:
• Monitor and audit communications between customers / clients and agents.
• Generates compliance reports and others.
• Facilitate orientations to new hire trainees.
• Identify areas of growth and change that aim to achieve better quality of interaction.
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis
• Recommend process improvement and monitors results of stated recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to identify, streamline and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and the overall customer service.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Quality Audit/Call monitoring in a BPO industry
• Must have handled different LOBs (Inbound, Outbound, and Non-Voice)
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Excellent Presentation and Reporting skills.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Must have Laptop/PC and stable internet connection for interview and training purposes

• All of the processes will be done remotely to ensure the safety of the candidates.
• We have openings in Metro Manila and Iloilo City
